Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of megastructure.ai, your purchase of our software, and your use of the Arc desktop application. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

“Megastructure”, “we”, and “us” mean Megastructure Corp, a Delaware corporation registered to do business in California. You can reach us any time at support@megastructure.ai.

2. Using the website

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about and purchasing our products. You agree not to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it for resale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Arc is for users 16 and older. You may not purchase, activate, or use Arc if you are under 16.

3. Buying Arc

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction: it handles payment processing, calculates and remits applicable taxes, issues your receipt, and delivers your license key and download by email. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery is by email, typically within minutes of purchase. If your key or download doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll fix it.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. The full policy lives at megastructure.ai/refunds.

5. Arc software license (EULA)

Arc is licensed, not sold. When you buy Arc Personal, we grant you — the individual the license is issued to — a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Arc on up to five (5) machines that you own or control. Personal and commercial use are both fine.

Updates

Your license includes all updates to Arc that we make generally available to Arc license holders, at no additional charge. Arc itself keeps working indefinitely. For clarity, a future successor product offered as a separate purchase (if we ever release one) is not an “update.”

What you agree not to do

• Share, resell, or publish your license key, or sublicense the software.
• Redistribute Arc or make it available to others as a hosted service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Arc, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this limitation.
• Circumvent or disable license activation, or remove proprietary notices.

Your agents are yours

Arc coordinates third-party AI tools and agents (for example Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) that you choose to install, configure, and run. Those tools are governed by their own terms, and their actions and output are not under our control. You are responsible for what the agents you connect to Arc do on your systems and with your data.

Ownership and termination

Arc, including all intellectual property in it, remains the property of Megastructure Corp. This license ends automatically if you materially breach it; sections 5 through 8 survive termination.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party agents coordinated through Arc will behave as you intend.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megastructure Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the site or the software. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable rights or a different venue, those rights are unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the products evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site or software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
