• Agents load a smaller coordination surface, receive compact room summaries and receipts, and can reach a clear tool-search result with fewer calls. The same work now consumes less context before the agent begins.
• Managed agents replay less old conversation, keep the newest exchanges whole, and avoid resending instructions that are already in context. Shell and browser results stay bounded while complete records remain available for audit.
• On macOS, Arc now clears an incompatible or stuck daemon before starting the replacement, stores new agent credentials without a cross-app keychain prompt, and explains how to grant access when macOS protects a project folder.

• Deleting a room now retires its folder binding and related records cleanly; retracted task messages no longer complete tasks, and room activity paging no longer drops rows at digit boundaries.
• Hosted and local model sessions recover more reliably from provider errors, timeouts, context pressure, and local-server races, without duplicate retry billing.
• Room switching no longer carries the previous room’s recipient, wake note, archive state, or scroll position, and the preview keeps the conversation readable even when a page has a very long title.
