Arc updates now travel through Megastructure’s license-authenticated broker while retaining signature verification inside the app.

Highlights
- Update entitlement is verified by Megastructure before a download is issued.
- Update bundles remain cryptographically verified by Arc before installation.
- Release automation now waits for every supported platform before marking a release current.
Fixes and refinements
- Invalid update-window data now fails safely instead of granting an update.
- License messages now distinguish activation problems from a completed update window.
- The retired browser dashboard has been replaced by a small local-hub status response.
